Can I keep my existing pupils and lesson history?
Yes. Add your current learners to Passly, send them an email invitation and carry on. Each pupil gets a record for their lessons, notes, progress and balance, so everything lives in one place from day one rather than spread across a diary and a notebook.
Does the diary sync with my calendar?
You can subscribe to your Passly diary from Google Calendar or Apple Calendar using a private calendar feed, so your lessons show up alongside your personal events. Your working hours, recurring lessons and any reschedules flow through automatically.
How do pupils pay for lessons?
Passly tracks payments however you take them, including lesson credits, pay-now or pay-later, so every pupil's balance stays up to date. You can apply discounts and send email payment reminders to anyone who falls behind, all logged against their record.
Can Passly help fill empty slots when a pupil cancels?
Yes. When a slot opens up, advertise it in a couple of taps and your pupils get a free push notification: the first to claim books the slot, and the confirmed lesson lands straight in your diary. How much does Passly cost?

Card payments carry a flat, published 1.5% fee on top of standard Stripe processing, the subscription is monthly, and you can cancel any time. Driving schools pay the same £14.99 per teaching instructor on one subscription.
Is my data mine, and can I export it?
Yes. Your pupil and business data belongs to you. You can export your income and expenses as a CSV whenever you need it, whether for your accountant or your own records, and your account details stay private to you.
What happens to my data if I leave Passly?
It stays yours. You can export your pupils, lessons, income and expenses as CSV at any point: before you cancel, while you cancel, whenever you like, free of charge, with no admin fees and no time limit. Cancelling is self-serve too, so leaving takes a couple of clicks, not a support ticket.
